Gambaran Pasien Hipertensi dengan Penyakit Komorbid di Puskesmas Layang Makassar pada Bulan Juli 2024

Abstract

Hypertension is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in Indonesia, characterized by systolic pressure ≥140 mmHg and diastolic pressure ≥90 mmHg. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of hypertensive patients with comorbid diseases at the Layang Makassar Community Health Center. The research method is a descriptive retrospective study with observational approach using medical records of all hypertensive patients at Layang Makassar Community Health Center in July 2024. Of 112 hypertensive patients, the majority were female 81 people (72.3%). The most common age range was 56-65 years with 34 people (30.3%). Grade 1 hypertension was found in 65 people (58.1%). The most common occupation was housewives with 70 people (62.5%). The most widely used antihypertensive drug was CCB with 95 people (84.8%). The most common comorbidity was diabetes mellitus 31 people (27.7%), followed by arthritis 23 people (20.5%) and heart disease 10 people (8.9%). Hypertensive patients were dominated by women aged 56-65 years with grade 1 hypertension, working as housewives, using CCB as the main therapy, with diabetes mellitus as the most common comorbidity.
